Kimberly Spencer (00:00:49) - Hello my fellow sovereigns, and welcome back to another episode of the Crown Yourself podcast. It is a chilly, chilly day here in January in Texas, and I am loving this weather and being able to just run about outside with my kids and scooter all around our property and just it's it's such a blessing to be here. It is such an honor. And I never would have gotten here had it not been for this commitment to integrity.
Kimberly Spencer (00:01:26) - And that was Ben. Integrity has been a word of mine and a deep value for the past few years, and I'm not perfect at it. Let me just preface it with that, because integrity is different than honesty. Honesty is telling the truth. Integrity is living in alignment with the truth. So. Integrity breaches come when you don't believe what you say and when you don't believe in yourself and your goals. That's an integrity breach. It comes when you make false promises to others. That's an integrity breach. When you don't fulfill on your promises, you are out of integrity. When that has happened in my businesses. Oh gosh, it cuts me to the core. It cuts me to the core. If we didn't fulfill on something for a client. Oh my gosh, that eviscerates me and I'm so glad it does, because then it allows me to look at the processes, look at where the bottleneck was, look at what went wrong, how it went wrong, and make sure that it never happens again.
Kimberly Spencer (00:02:31) - Because the greatest thing is that you are your word. Being. Integrity is doing what you say you're going to do and cleaning it up when you can't. And this is a game changer when you are looking to manifest and grow because your development, your evolution, the amount of power, money, wealth you you desire to receive in this world is directly proportional to the amount of responsibility that you have. Which means what is responsibility? Responsibility is an ability to respond. What are you responding to? Your responding to the commitments that you have made? And so how many things? Even on a micro level did you say you were going to do and you didn't do it? Integrity breaches. Are as small as, oh, I said I was going to work out at 9 a.m. and then I just chose not to because it's a home gym and I don't have to. And I, I said I was going to do yoga in my apartment, but ah, it's I slept in and it's 905 and. There are all of these little tiny breaches in integrity.
Kimberly Spencer (00:03:44) - Integrity is when you say you're going to complete a three mile run and you run 2.98 miles. You, then do whatever you got to do, even though you're at the convenience of your home, to run back down half a block and come back so that you can complete your three miles. It is. The greatest precursor to success is when you look at where are the integrity breaches that you've had in your business. And how do you clean them up? Because once you do, then you can build systems and structure around it so it doesn't happen again. So if you say, for example, you're going to send an email and then you don't. Or if you say you're going to achieve a goal and then you are okay with tolerating that you didn't achieve that goal. It's not that if you didn't achieve a goal, it makes you bad or wrong, or even if you had a breach in integrity. It doesn't make you bad or wrong. It makes you human. And. The question is then if you're not an integrity, then what is it that you're tolerating within yourself, within others, within the boundaries of your business, the boundaries of your life? What are those things that you are tolerating that are not in alignment with your highest and best and your greatest truth? A lot of times in this world, a lot of people have been conditioned to work from convenience.
Kimberly Spencer (00:05:19) - And sometimes, and I've even even had this experience, especially as I was going through grief, that I worked a lot from my feelings. And it had some dismal results. And we face some really big challenges in 2022. And that being said, I'm so grateful that that happened because I saw where those little britches and tiny tears in the fabric of my own integrity were, and then it allows you to start working from commitment and discipline. Integrity shows that you value your word, and your word is your wand. Your word is. Magical and powerful. That's why they call it spelling. It's casting a spell. Of possibility of what you're saying you're going to put forth and put out in the world. So it builds your self-esteem. You build your self esteem by keeping your commitments to yourself. That's how you build it. So if you're looking at experiences or things that have gotten out of integrity, maybe in your business or in your personal life or in your daily habits. Look at what are the habits that you've been saying you were going to do, but that are just not currently in your identity? Maybe you've been saying, oh, you know, teaching about KPIs and you haven't been doing them in your business.
Kimberly Spencer (00:06:51) - Maybe you've been teaching about podcasting and being consistent and staying consistent, but you haven't been consistent with your podcast. These are all integrity breaches that contribute. To karma, which we don't like. Negative karma. So integrity breaches cause negative karma, which then causes problems to show up in our in our external reality. So. To clean up integrity breaches. It's very simple. Make a list of all the breaches that you've had in your own integrity. And it's not sexy and it's not comfortable. It will be uncomfortable as fuck. And it's supposed to. Because doing that uncomfortable act is actually tipping the scale into courage and choosing then to not only do that act and, like list them out and be like, oh fuck, I did. I said I was going to build a rocket with my kid or go do Legos today, and I didn't do that. That is when. You get to look at those integrity breaches and you get to go through and you get to apologize and do your best to clean it up.
Kimberly Spencer (00:08:02) - To amend, to mend the bond. To mend the mistake. To heal. To grow and to rebuild your own and self integrity. And thus your own self-worth. Choosing to grow and build your integrity will be the greatest act of evolution that you do. And I am dead serious about that. And it will be challenging and it takes a lot of courage. And if you choose to listen to this episode and you choose to lean in and do the work. I am so excited for how you're going to grow in 2024. And if throughout 2024, you're looking for a group to hold you in your integrity for what you say you're going to do for the commitments you say you're going to show up to. And for staying committed and in integrity with the goals that you say you want to achieve this year. And I. Would be so honored to have you in the sacred container. Where we will all rise into another level of courage. And mastering our own integrity and our word. And leading with a level of self leadership that this world currently deepens.
Kimberly Spencer (00:09:29) - It needs personally responsible leaders so that we can sustain as conscious leaders a greater level of power wealth. Expansion visibility. And from that visibility, from that wealth, we are able to fuel. The evolution of humanity. Because we know that we're a conduit. And our life is a testimony for that possibility, so that when others see us doing it, they will say, oh, if she can, I can too. If he can, I can to. So we not only fuel with circulates circulating our dollars in a more conscious way, back into our homes, back into our community, back into the earth. We also. Demonstrate and embody another level of leadership that shows a different paradigm that can be chosen. That is not always easy, because doing the things that are courageous is not always. It does not feel easy, but it does produce ease the more you use that muscle. Courage is a muscle and this is the mastermind to work it out in. And you all know that I taught Pilates for 13 years and I am pretty darn good.
Kimberly Spencer (00:10:48) - I was known as like I was known as the challenger and my in my former Pilates studio. So you all know I can deliver a pretty kickass workout. This is a workout for your courage. This is a workout for your integrity. This is a workout to align your conscious actions and the physical actions in this physical plane with your emotions so that you are experiencing more peace, more joy, more love, more fulfillment, more self-acceptance, more joy. And. The mental realm. So you are noticing the thoughts and no longer are they holding you captive, enslaving you in a paradigm that is keeping you trapped and stuck. And on the spiritual plane so that your soul, your truth, is aligned with your purpose. And you tap into that divine birthright. That takes a lot of courage to claim. And this is here.
