One of the trends I absolutely hate in my industry as a coach is seeing coaches with LITTLE TO NO business experience in their coaching business, suddenly turns into a “business coach” because they realized it was more lucrative.
Yet, they had no past successful business...and no proven results of what works.
They have no track record or results.
So they give their clients all this busy-work - post on social media, rebrand, build your website, show up on Insta Stories every single day, do podcasts, and do more podcasts, launch a Youtube channel, provide value
...so much value
...tons of value
...without truly knowing the business.
They spit out regurgitated info with fancy acronyms like I.C.A. and K.P.I.’s and use catch-all phrases out of business development books.
But they’re still stuck making 3-4 figures a month. Wah. Wah.
They sure are good at giving out STUFF to do though. You’ll be busier than ever with them.
But will you actually get transformative results?
Like…
⭐️ Achieving half a million in sales in their second year and getting engaged!
⭐️ Growing their teams 300%!
⭐️ Working with the top luxury brands!
⭐️ Doubling their list size from 7,000 to 14,000 in 3 months!
⭐️ Scaling from $25K months to $50K months!
⭐️ Having their first $10,000 day!
...all of which my private clients have achieved.
Having coached 5, 6, and 7-figure entrepreneurs for the past 4 years, I can tell you that usually, success doesn’t come by working harder or adding MORE shit to your plate.
Typically most of my clients I spend taking things OFF their plate instead of adding things on.
That’s how they get the results they desire of real FREEDOM, FULFILLMENT, and PEACE.
Except for my last one, I did tell her to watch Frozen II with her grandkids. Tough homework, right?
Look...
You did it for FREEDOM.
You did it to have more time with your family.
You did it to do something that feels ALIGNED, that deeply 100% fulfills you.
So that when you are working, you feel so freaking good it doesn’t even feel like work - like me, writing this love letter to you.
That’s the difference between a high-performance coach and a busy-ness coach.
That’s the difference between working in your Zone of Genius and working hard until you burn out and crash.
That’s the difference between 5-figures and 6, even 7-figures and beyond.

So the next time you’re considering working with a coach, ask yourself….
No.1 - Do their Clients have the results I want?
Not sure? Ask to talk to their other clients. See if they are getting the level of transformation you desire. If they’re shy about giving out client information or secretive about it, then they might not be congruent with the results.
I have at least 3 clients on standby who will take any person’s call at any time to share their experiences working with me - that’s how powerful their transformation was.
Think about it, for your biz...
What raving fans could you have on standby to rave about your product or services?
One of my clients even hired two of his raving fans, two of his students who had taken his course, as his salespeople.
He doubled his monthly income because it was no longer just him preaching about how awesome his course was, it was his students, who’d experienced it, who’d transformed because of it!
No.2 - Do they Have the SOMETHING I desire?
This doesn’t just mean money. This is their WHOLE LIFE.
Money is entirely relative (though of course, important...we’ll get to that in a moment.) I’ve coached many of my clients who currently make more money than I do - what they came to me was for FREEDOM and FULFILLMENT, and ALIGNMENT and AUTHENTICITY.
That, I have in spades.
The freedom to be fully me.
The freedom to shine, sparkle, stand out, be too much, and be fucking unapologetic for it.
The freedom to make more money whenever I desire because I desire and not feel bad about desiring it because I know that when I make more money, I can impact more people and serve more people.
...That of course translates into the results my clients get.
It’s an energy of fulfillment. It’s an energy of possibility and purpose.
It’s not mindless tik-tik-ticking off of boxes of more and more doing.
It’s about the ENERGY that comes from ALIGNMENT.
The real question is…
Do they in some way have an ENERGY that you would like to have?
Or are they secretly burned out, exhausted, undervaluing themselves, pretending to be some big shot? Putting on a good face for Instagram?
It’s a draining, depleting energy trying to fit in other people’s boxes, or pretending to be something that you’re not.
Authentic, honest energy will reign true every single day and twice on Sundays. Hallelujah!
Faking it till you make it... eh, people feel that shit.
Which brings me to…
No.3 - Do they Tell Me what I am “Supposed” to Do or What I “Should Do”
It’s more about setting you FREE from the things that you do not need to be doing or being, or even having.
I was having a conversation with a client today who was so mired down with the responsibility of how everyone, from her employees to her partner, told her how she “should” be in her new role as CEO.
And she hated it. Absolutely miserable. That’s WHY she wanted to work with me - she wanted to unlock the freedom to be truly her.
Once she CLAIMED her authenticity and how she did business, and how SHE is successful, THAT...that changed everything.
She started showing up more joyfully, more abundantly, more energetically.
Her team didn’t know what hit them! It was like a burst of energy zinged into the business and they had the numbers to prove it.
Another one of my clients thought she wanted a half-a-million-dollar giant house. She got it, only to realize that she hates it.
Because that’s what she was programmed to THINK she wanted as a sign of her success, but really - her success ALWAYS came from loving the community she’d built.
It was never about a house.
Turns out, what she really wanted was connection and community.
Now, her house is going on the market and she is happily downsizing.
Your truth is inside of YOU.
It’s not my job as your coach to tell you what you “should” do.
Sure I have templates, suggestions, systems, and things that can help in certain areas, but those are all external things - bonuses really.
Completely supplemental to the inner work.
The problem many busy-ness consultants make is they get it backward - thinking it’s the doing of the things and stuff that really creates the change.
Never.
Not ever.
In 4 years of coaching 5, 6, and 7-figure earners.
It’s my job to unlock what YOU KNOW you “should” do for you and usually it’s not what someone else has said you “should” do in your life, and especially not in your business.
It's a coach to strip you of the B.S. things you were told to think you want and have the COURAGE to be all of yourself.
Give yourself the permission to strip away the busyness (aka the distractions), that keep you from being ALL of you.
Remember, your reign is now.
