How to Communicate Effectively in Turbulent Times
We are living in a world right now where, now, more than ever, cultivating a skillset of communication skills is vital to the survival of our species.
We have learned how to argue, complain, berate, share evidence and communicate a side of which we believe we are beholden to be “right” about.
Now, more than ever divisiveness is circulating, instead of diversity and curiosity.
Black and white, right and wrong, good and evil - “sides” prevent us from seeing the bigger picture, or holding a bigger vision for our future.
And it’s because of people not knowing HOW to deeply communicate.
It’s not our fault. We haven’t been taught. We’ve been taught WHAT to think without question, now HOW to think differently.
Communication is a skill set that every known monarch, politician, and leader MUST cultivate in order to rise.
No matter who they are, the ones we see leading companies, cultures, and countries have cultivated the ability to communicate their perspective well enough for people to “buy” into their ideas.

I do not take communication lightly. It was a skill set I had to learn myself. I didn’t grow up knowing how to communicate. I grew up knowing how to react, explode, take a side, and would completely lose my argument and what I wanted because I would get so frustrated with the other person for not “understanding” me.
Here’s the thing.
You are 100% responsible for your communication.
If someone isn’t understanding you, it’s your responsibility to adapt your communication to persuade them to be able to understand you.
Don’t have that skill set? It can be cultivated.
It just takes practice.
Sales calls.
Podcast.
DM conversations.
All places to try, test, examine what works, reflect and adapt.
