“You’re frustrated.” I could see it in her eyes, as they welled up with tears about to cry. 

She’d done all the visualizing. She’d journaled and future-casted, prayed, entered the astral-plane, dropped into the 5-D. She’d created more vision boards in 1 year than most do in their lifetime. She meditated, constantly, incessantly, daily. She raised her vibe, tapped into the frequency, experienced the Divine. She’d gone through therapy, reiki, sound-healing, trauma counseling, prayer-circles, support groups. She’d taken classes in neuroscience, courses in mindset, courses in Miracles. She’d surrounded herself with quartzes and played Solfeggio Hz frequencies every hour. She’d invested in herself, buying programs, hiring mentors, coaches, doing masterminds. She’d built landing pages, hosted summits, focused on “list” building.

“You’re damn right I’m frustrated…wait, no, that’s negative language. I know I shouldn’t say it, but that’s where I am.”

“Because you haven’t seen results yet.”

“Exactly.”

BY THIS POINT, HER BUSINESS HAD MADE EXACTLY ZERO DOLLARS. 

That’s when she found me.

One of the greatest struggles I see visionary, soul-led, purpose-driven aspiring entrepreneurs, is that they get all caught up in the inspiring, in the magic of the healing process, in the transformation that comes in the work that they want to unleash into the world, but they miss the ONE doing that actually expands the business part of having a business. 

Think of it this way…

HOW DO YOU MAKE A BABY?

You cannot think, visualize, or meditate your way to making a baby. 

No amount of Hz frequencies, crystals in your bedroom, or vision boards with baby pictures on it will ever actually create a human life.

Nor will the number of dates you go on, deep conversations you have, make-out sessions, or candlelit dinners of courting your beloved actually create a human life…

UNLESS…WELL…THOSE MAKE OUTS AND DATES LEAD SOMEWHERE.

When you want to make a baby, you can do #allthethings, but unless you put the right thing in the right hole at the right time, no baby will come from it. 

And with science, that thing doesn’t even have to be that thing, it can be a freaking turkey baster! 

But doing the thing means that there is a VERY SPECIFIC DOING that must be done.

Whether it’s sex or artificial insemination, there is only ONE DOING that you MUST DO to create a human life.

YOU MUST GO THROUGH A PROCESS WHERE SPERM MEETS EGG. 

Doesn’t matter whether it’s through intercourse or artificial insemination, there is only ONE process to create human life. 

This seems to make sense in the world of reproduction, so why is it that so many aspiring entrepreneurs get tripped up on what actually inseminates their business?

HINT: IT AIN’T THE PROCESSES OF BUILDING YOUR WEBSITE, BUILDING YOUR LIST, OR BUILDING YOUR INSTAGRAM FOLLOWER COUNT. THAT’S ALL FOREPLAY.

IT’S THE PROCESS WHERE CASH MEETS YOUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. 

You MUST have a SALES PROCESS.

So…

Put the pinking sheers and collage images away…

Put the journal down….

Put the book down…

Put the course on pause…

Put the list-building activities on hold…

And get to freaking work on working a sales process! 

Your business is inseminated by cash, by people paying you money for your products and services.  

Meditating, journaling, reading, learning, even coaching while valuable for personal growth and development…

Is NOT ACTION toward getting your business pregnant with cash!

If you’re not attracting more money or more abundance into your business, then odds are, it’s because you’re spending a lot of time on every other process in your business, except the ONE that actually will produce your cash-baby.

ONLY A PERSON PLUGGING THEIR CREDIT CARD INTO THE HOLES OF YOUR ORDER FORM CAN YOU HAVE A BUSINESS.

No sales process = no business. 

Just like with creating a baby, there is only ONE process - sperm meets egg.

IN BUSINESS, IT’S THEIR CASH MEETING YOUR PRODUCTS + SERVICES. 

Otherwise, you don’t have a business.

Once the sperm and the egg meet, the egg changes so that no other sperm can get in - altering the fate of that egg forever.

A lot of aspiring entrepreneurs think that’s when they’ve invested in themselves and their business. Maybe you’ve bought a program or a course, perhaps even hired a coach. 

But that’s you being the cash-sperm for someone else’s business.

For your business to grow into a full-fledged business baby, YOU need to receive the sale. 

YOU ARE THE VESSEL IN WHICH WILL GROW YOUR BUSINESS.

In order for YOU to call yourself a business owner, you must have a steady drip of healthy cash swimmers flowing+ fertilizing your profit margin. 

Because when a person buys from YOU, it transforms your passion, and your hobbies and your purpose, mission, soul work into a business.
