How to Shift Your Money Mindset from Scarcity to Abundance
Ever feel like there’s never enough money? I used to as well. Back when I first started my business I was stuck in a paradigm of “never enough.”
“Never enough money.”
“Never enough time.”
Pure scarcity.
As I started to tweak and hone my mindset, reshaping and reframing these beliefs
Money is all around you. It’s in the phone you hold in your hand.
It’s the laptop you work on.
It’s the person
It’s the coffee shop itself.
I stopped seeing money through the limited paradigm of just what I had in my bank account, which, frankly, back then, in my bank account wasn’t a lot.
I STARTED LOOKING AT MONEY FOR WHAT IT IS - AN EVER-FLOWING ABUNDANT RESOURCE. EVER PRESENT. ALL AROUND US.
Money is energy.
And what I started to notice was that successful people, people who had money, saw money everywhere.
Because money is energy, it flows. It’s not stagnant or stiff.
WHEN YOU DECIDE TO SEE THAT FLOW, THAT’S WHEN YOU START SEEING MONEY EVERYWHERE.
You can feel it through your phone, an incarnate version of something you chose to spend money on.
You can hear it in the music when you think of how you, listening to that song is blessing the songwriter with more money, the artist with a larger platform and more money, the Spotify subscription you have, the $0.99 cents you spent on that song.
You can experience it at your local coffee shop.
You can tune into it in your business. The money you use to pay and bless your team. The money you spend to bless other technology companies with your business. The money you receive from clients and customers into your Paypal account.
You can see it in every human interaction you have when you are open to it.
It’s in your ears, in the air, in everything you touch, in every human-to-human interaction you have.
MONEY IS EVERYWHERE, ALL AROUND YOU.
The flow is electric. It’s a current.
It’s your CHOICE to plug into it, or to disconnect.
THOUGHTS OF SCARCITY, FEAR, DOUBT, SHAME, GUILT ALL DISCONNECT YOU FROM THE MONEY THAT IS RIGHT THERE.
It doesn’t disappear if you disconnect from it.
Just like if you pull your phone charger out of the socket the electricity doesn’t magically disappear.
You just unplugged. You can always plug back in.
ALL YOU GOTTA DO IS DECIDE.
