I have waited for this day, with bated breath for a month!!!! It felt the same as I waited those extra weeks for Colton to come, nearly three weeks past his due date.
Pregnant with purpose. Pulsating with potential.
IT’S BEEN A PROCESS OF TRUSTING, RELEASING, BREATHING DEEP, AND KNOWING IT WOULD HAPPEN.
Knowing that the possibility was in me, I’d birthed it and it was going to come…period…perfectly in its divine timing.
The mind is funny when dreams are realized.
The night I gave my TEDx Talk, I came off stage and balled my eyes out.
I’d thought the sound was funky and within minutes of a truly life-liberating experience, suddenly all the self-limiting stories of fear started to come up.
I could feel my fear-based mind running with a story of…
Yeah, the talk was good but…[INSERT ANY AND EVERY SELF-LIMITING BELIEF]
I constantly had to check myself these past few weeks and remember to practice what I preach:
TRUST and SURRENDER.
TRUST that the sound would be fine.
TRUST that the video would look good.
TRUST that when it came out, it would reach EXACTLY who needs to hear this message.
TRUST that it was coming out. Period.
And surrender it to the Universe.
These past few weeks, I’ve felt more tired, like I needed to nurture myself even more than before. I’ve napped - hard. I’ve felt my body needs more yoga, less cardio. I’ve nourished myself with more fun and time with the boys.
In part because, deep down, in that knowledge of knowing…I knew that when it unleashed it would unleash.
Your body is oscillatory.
Your subconscious mind runs your body.
Your subconscious mind is connected to higher consciousness and knows what’s coming.
WHEN YOU TRUST IN THE TIMING, YOU CAN TRUST YOUR BODY TO UNDERSTAND THE PACING IN WHICH IT NEEDS TO OPERATE TO BEST SUPPORT YOU.
You trust in the space of the in-between, the unknown…knowing you will be guided and ready when the time is right.
I’m not saying wait and sit on your butt.
I’m saying operate with diligence, trusting in the timing in which the Universe has in place so that when yo0u receive the fruits of your labor, you will be ready, emotionally, mentally, physically, spiritually to receive it:
The visibility.
The money.
The promotion.
The breakthroughs.
The baby.
THE MANIFESTATION OF ALL THE DREAMS AND DESIRES YOU ARE DILIGENTLY WORKING TOWARD RIGHT NOW IS HAPPENING AND IS COMING…IN DIVINE TIMING.
Trust me, it’s far better than trying to force it to come on your own, squeezing it out for every last drop of push and expectation and “shouldering” yourself. That’s how you make life, work, business, even achieving your body and money goals hard - forcing a timing that may not be aligned with your highest and best.
Yes, work toward a goal with expediency.
Yes, show up for your deadlines as if they are what is going to happen.
Yes, take bold courageous action.
And trust that Divine timing is working in your favor.
And surrender the deadline, knowing that in your time or God’s it IS happening.
And trust that you will reap the rewards.
